Lead Trials Programmer
Enabling clinical trial teams
I work with the programming team and other specialist staff to develop quality clinical trial IT Systems. I also work on individual trials providing programming support, ensuring that the IT Systems aspect of a trial runs smoothly.
Before joining the OCTRU team in March 2014, I completed a Degree (Hons) in Computer Science in 2006 and started at Solid State Logic as a software engineer, where I programmed micro controllers and developed desktop applications. In 2009 I joined Nuffield Department of Surgical Sciences, University of Oxford as the IT Officer and Web Developer, where I provided IT support and developed web based tools to facilitate the research and teaching interests of the department. In March 2013 I moved to Surgical Trials Interventions Unit (within Dept of Surgical Sciences) as Web Developer.
When not glued to my screen I enjoy running and playing cricket.
