IT Support Ticketing Officer (Mantis System Co-ordinator)
My role is new to OCTRU's IT Programming team. I manage requests from OCTRU users via the Mantis system and support the Programming team by liaising with both the client and IT team.
I am currently designing a system to provide regular statistical feedback to OCTRU's Hub Management team to identify key data and trends on clinical trial issues submitted to the Programming team; this will enable both to identify how IT is assisting clinical trials.
Prior to joining NDORMS in September 2018, I worked in local primary and secondary schools for over four years in a voluntary capacity, and have a background in banking.
